Migrations without the horror story
Everyone knows a business that lost a week of email in a botched migration. Ours follow a tested playbook: full data sync runs in the background while you keep working, the cutover happens in a planned window, DNS flips cleanly, and a final delta sync catches every last message. Your people show up the next morning, reconnect their accounts in a couple of clicks using the plain-English guide we provide, and everything — mail, calendars, contacts — is already there. Same addresses, new engine.
After the migration
Microsoft 365 isn't 'set and forget.' Licenses drift, security defaults are too loose, and features your team is already paying for sit unused. Under ongoing management we right-size your licensing, lock down sign-ins with MFA and conditional access, enforce SPF/DKIM/DMARC so criminals can't spoof your domain, and actually roll out Teams and SharePoint so the subscription earns its keep.

Common Questions
Frequently asked questions
Will our email addresses change when we move to Microsoft 365?
No. Your addresses stay exactly the same — only the system behind them changes from your old provider to Microsoft. Customers and vendors notice nothing.
How long does a migration take?
Data syncing happens in the background over days, but the visible cutover is typically a single evening or weekend. For most businesses under 50 mailboxes, the whole project completes within one to two weeks.
Can you consolidate multiple domains or tenants?
Yes — we handle multi-domain tenants and tenant-to-tenant consolidations, including domain release and re-claim, user principal name changes, and DNS cutover sequencing.
